Hands On! Museum Farm Function

Last weekend, the Hands On! Museum in JC has a free farm exhibit outdoors later followed by a free showing of the movie Babe. We decided to take the kids to the exhibit, but knew they would not be able to sit through a movie. There were miniature horses and donkeys in addition to a bunch of tractors for the kids to sit on. Mallory liked seeing the horses, but was terrified of a man blowing up balloons and making animals out of them. And when I say terrified, I mean terrified. Anyway, we had a good time.

Also, there was a photographer from the Johnson City Press there and he took a few photos of our kids. Click here to see some pictures. There are 5 of our kids.

I love your Blog! I just pulled this up a few weeks ago, and I've really enjoyed reading about Patrick, you and the kids. Tell everyone we said hello. I need to start my own blog, but with Ray's program, homeschool, and working, I don't know if I have the time. It's a great idea though! I'd love to see pictures of Daddy and Peggy with the kids too. Your babies are adorable. Your house is beautiful. You guys are great parents!

Kim - I'm glad you found the blog. I will post more pics of Mom and Dad M with the kiddos. When they come for a visit, though, we rarely get out the camera...I'm usually busy in the kitchen cooking for Ray. He loves a good meal :-) And I love making him good meals.

Anyway, I'm glad to know you're reading. I'd love for you to start a blog so I can see your kids. It's so much fun keeping up with friends/family through blogs. It sort of shortens the distance a little.

Love to you, Mike and the kids...
