...we woke up at 3:30am and was out the door by a little past 4am heading towards our new city and state to meet our moving truck. We said goodbye to NC as our home and hello to the Northeast TN mountatins (you can read last year's moving post here and here). It's hard to believe a year has gone by. In a sense, it seems as though it was yesterday we moved yet so much has happened this past year that I can't wrap my brain around how long it's been since we've been here.
The Lord has brought us through many joys and trials these last 365 days. We're stronger because of the move. He continues to refine us. We serve an awesome God who knows our plans, the ones we can't even fathom, yet these plans prosper us just the same. I'm so glad that we can rest in His sovereignty and believe that He controls all things, even the falling of sparrows.
