You can see my grandma's obituary here. What sort of takes me back is realizing my grandpa lost his wife of 61 years. WOW.

I think the only time I met her was when Vicki and I came up for a few weeks during the summers of '79 and '80. I don't remember much about her, but it sounds like she was a wonderful lady. Our prayers are with you all as you grieve and remember.
61 years - wow! We have a couple at our church who celebrated 70 years this past April! The wife is not well and will probably be going home very soon. Sad, but joyful at the same time, as her faith will soon be made sight!
